town near / beside Düsseldorf / Cologne ), in Germany.
58 years old - young at heart - DJ since age 19.
First collision with COUNTRY - MUSIC : an original RCA - single of "JIM
REEVES : DISTANT DRUMS " - heard in 1971 !!
Since then infected and influenced by that fascinating music.
" ON AIR " since april 1992 in the radio station of Krefeld
with a show, dedicated to - and based on - traditional Country-Music ! A wide range of music is presented to the listeners of the show :
From the fabulous western songs of the 40's to today's No. 1 Hits !
Today the show is one of the longest running Country - Music -Programs in
Germany - it has been "ON AIR" more than 680 times and it still goes on
and on . Between 1995 - 1998 also " ON AIR " at LEE WILLIAM's C M R
(Country Music Radio Europe) in London - broadcasted via the ASTRA -
Satellite . ( the show "COUNTRY MUSIC RADIO GERMANY" was the first show at
this station, that could be heard all over Europe - with a german speaking
DJ ! ). Beside the stars of the scene, the music of independent artists is
always part of the shows !!
